AThey provide refractory insulation for high-temperature processes such as steelmaking, aluminum and other non-ferrous metal smelting, precision alloy casting, and heat treatment. They can also be used as insulation layers in home appliances and energy-efficient products.
AStandard grades can withstand continuous service temperatures above 1,000°C. The temperature range varies by specification, and we can recommend the appropriate grade for your operating conditions.
AYes. Width, thickness, length, lamination, and slitting can all be customized according to your drawings and requirements.
AThe products have low shot content and generate minimal dust. They meet industrial environmental requirements, contain no harmful additives, and support safe workshop operations.
AThey are palletized and stretch-wrapped for protection against water and dust, making them suitable for full-truckload shipping. Small quantities can also be individually plastic-wrapped.
APlease provide the operating temperature, furnace type, and service environment, including any gas-flow erosion or exposure to acids or alkalis. Our technical team will recommend a suitable solution and samples.
ANo. Furnace insulation materials are selected primarily to reduce heat loss, while sealing materials require elasticity and resistance to gas-flow erosion. They should be selected separately.
AYes, when used with dedicated anchoring components and adhesive. Some operating conditions may also require a backing-layer design.
AThis is not recommended. The two applications have significantly different requirements for service temperature, density, and flame retardancy, so the materials should be selected separately.
AYes. We can provide small samples for high-temperature testing and installation trials.
AThey are commonly used for ladles, flues, hot-air ducts, and furnace backup insulation to improve energy efficiency, lower shell temperatures, and reduce heat loss.
AThey must resist attack by molten aluminum and metal vapors. Non-wetting grades with low thermal conductivity are recommended to prevent molten metal infiltration and damage to the insulation layer.
AYes. It can be used to insulate pouring runners, risers, and molds, slowing the cooling of castings and reducing shrinkage cavities and cracks in precision-cast components.
AIt offers low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, and improved furnace temperature uniformity. It can reduce furnace energy consumption, withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles, and resist powdering and shedding.
AIt is soft, easy to cut, lightweight, and provides stable insulation performance at high temperatures. With no hard particles, it is well suited for appliance cavities and insulation layers in energy-efficient equipment.
AStandard in-stock products are shipped within 1–3 days. Custom slitting and special-size orders generally require 5–10 business days, while lead times for large orders are agreed separately.
ABulk orders are shipped by full-truckload or less-than-truckload freight, with delivery available directly to your factory. Small samples are sent by courier.
APlease take photos upon delivery and contact us for verification. If the damage occurred in transit, we will arrange a replacement, return, or exchange in consultation with you.
AYes. We provide technical guidance and remote briefings. For large projects, an engineer can be arranged to coordinate the solution on site.
AThe warranty depends heavily on the operating conditions. Under normal, proper use, the warranty will be provided as specified in the contract. Damage caused by abnormal high-temperature erosion or external forces is not covered.
AYes. We support direct purchasing by end-user factories and welcome cooperation with distributors and engineering contractors nationwide.
AQuotations can be provided either inclusive or exclusive of tax, and special VAT invoices are available.
AThere is no high mandatory minimum order quantity for standard roll products. We accept sample requests and small-batch orders.
AYes. Customers are welcome to schedule a visit to our production workshop and warehouse. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time.
AYes. We accept export orders and can assist with container loading and documentation, as well as provide seaworthy packaging as required.
