Custom High-Alumina Bulk Fiber
Gh-alumina ceramic fiber bulk is selected. Strict control is implemented on impurities other than Al₂O₃ and SiO₂, as well as indicators including fiber diameter, shot content and specific surface area.
Integral Forming Process
Adopting the axial superposition laying forming process and outer mold shaping, fiber slurry is evenly laid layer by layer with centrifugal force for uniform wall thickness of filter tubes. The finished filter tube contains more than 100 stacked filter layers.
Uniform Drying Process
We adopt self-developed dryers with automatic control of the drying temperature curve to achieve uniform drying. The ceramic tube body remains undamaged during drying and retains its high-strength properties.
Grinding and Curing Process
Grinding strictly controls the uniformity of thickness, tube straightness and flange flatness for even stress bearing. Secondary curing on high-stress areas of flanges and tubes further boosts strength.
Deep Impregnation Process
Vanadium-titanium nanomaterials are loaded to form a homogeneous suspension. The active component features a D50 of about 100 nm and specific surface area up to 80 m²/g, with catalyst loading thickness below 0.1 μm. Uniform catalyst distribution is achieved via thorough impregnation of over 100 filter layers.
Full-process Quality Inspection
Our QC team monitors product parameters at all production stages for consistent high quality. Upon completion, each batch of ceramic filter tubes is inspected for strength, pressure drop, porosity, density, appearance and dimensions, with inspection reports available.
