This upgrade involves meticulous control over every step, from raw material selection and molding to drying, curing, grinding, and finished product testing. This upgrade covers six key processes:

Strictly select high-alumina raw cotton materials and control the content of impurities and slag balls;

Optimize the axial stacking fabric forming process to ensure uniform thickness of the pipe wall and the product;

Automated temperature-controlled drying process to prevent cracking and damage to finished products;

The flange and load-bearing parts are subjected to secondary grinding and curing to improve overall strength;

The deep impregnation process ensures uniform catalyst loading;

Finished products undergo comprehensive testing for strength, porosity, dimensions, and appearance in each batch, and test reports are issued. Unqualified products are prohibited from leaving the warehouse.

"High-temperature refractory insulation materials are directly related to the operational safety and energy consumption of industrial equipment, and quality cannot be compromised." The company's technical director said that in addition to upgrading hardware processes, the company has also improved its sample retention system and customer feedback rapid response mechanism, and continuously optimized the corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance of materials for the harsh working conditions of the metallurgical and casting industries.
